SPECIAL UTENSIL FOR THE SEWING BOX
Use a chopstick when turning dimensional pieces right side out. It doesn't poke through the corner (like some other tools).
KEEP IT FRESH
Don't get stuck in a rut (on your mat). Change your rotary cutter blade:
- when it's skipping threads, or
- if your wrist is sore from pushing too hard.
Nicked and dull blades will ruin your mat and have you stuck in a rut.
I use an old blade in a designated paper/plastic cutter on an old mat (or the back side of a mat).
